Adam Kent attended Simpson College where he was a member of the track team and Simpson College where he graduated on the Dean’s list and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts in 2003. Mr. Kent attended law school at Creighton University where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2006.
During law school, Mr. Kent excelled in the Trial Competition, Client Counseling Competition, was twice voted outstanding oralist in Moot Court, as well as and advanced to the regional Negotiations Competition. While still in school Mr. Kent received senior certification by the Supreme Court of Nebraska. With the approval of the court, Mr. Kent tried numerous cases on behalf of the State for the Sarpy County Attorney’s Office and even argued a Manslaughter case of first impression before the Supreme Court of Nebraska.
Mr. Kent has been a member of the Arizona State Bar since 2006 and is a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Federal District Court. He began practicing law as a Felony Prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office where he maintained heavy Superior Court caseloads as well as Justice Court calendars. In 2007, he switched the focus of his practice and joined Hastings and Hastings.
Mr. Kent is now the Supervising Attorney for both of the Hastings and Hastings Tucson Offices. He devotes his practice exclusively to plaintiff’s personal injury, wrongful death and premises liability by representing the injured victims of the negligent and irresponsible.
With a continued commitment to excellence, Mr. Kent attends continuing legal education seminars and classes each year to keep abreast of the latest issues and nuances of injury and insurance law in order to better serve his clients.
During his spare time, he enjoys hiking, running and mountain biking. He is married to Kylene, an Emergency Room Physician, and they both take pride in serving Tucson’s injured citizens.
