Jessica Tinoco is a well-recognized and accomplished plaintiff’s trial lawyer in Phoenix, Arizona. Jessica has litigated high profile and complex cases including wrongful death, truck accidents, and burn injuries.

Jessica has a life story that is a triumph over adversity and has overcome intense obstacles to be where she is today. She was born in Zacatecas Mexico and moved to the United States with her family at age six. Jessica began working as a legal assistant after high school, and quickly moved up to a litigation paralegal handling personal injury claims for six years. Jessica left her position as a paralegal, with renowned attorney Geoffrey Trachtenberg, after being admitted to Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
Jessica earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies Magna Cum Laude and a Certificate in International Relations from Arizona State University. Jessica graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2012.
While in law school, Jessica earned the highest recognitions in Legal Writing and Claims Against Governmental Entities. Jessica worked for the Arizona Justice Project for post-conviction relief, and as an intern for the Staff Attorney’s Office at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Jessica then took a legal internship with the United States Attorney’s Office Civil Division under the direction of Chief Deputy Peter Lantka.
Jessica has focused her practice in Arizona on handling personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice claims, third party liability, premises liability, and government claims, including claims against various cities in Maricopa County as well as the State of Arizona successfully litigating such claims in the U.S. Federal District Court, District of Arizona and in the Maricopa County Superior Court. Jessica is extremely passionate about her work and has successfully recovered millions for her clients.
Jessica serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court. She is bilingual in Spanish.
Jessica’s awards and recognitions include America’s Best Top Attorney in 2020 and 2021 Super Lawyers ranking by Thomson Reuters. Jessica is a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, Los Abogados, and Arizona Women Lawyers Association.
