Josue Tinoco brings a unique perspective to handling serious injury and wrongful death cases. Josue has a master’s degree in accounting, and is licensed in California and Arizona. He has extensive experience investigating complex and high-profile criminal cases at the federal level, and uses his negotiation skills to make sure his clients achieve the highest settlements and judgments.

Mr. Tinoco earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Mr. Tinoco then graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2015.

While in law school, Mr. Tinoco interned with the Security Exchange Commission in Salt Lake City and worked at a boutique business litigation firm. After law school, Mr. Tinoco accepted a position in California with one of the largest law firms in the world. Mr. Tinoco was admitted to the California State Bar and subsequently, upon taking a position with a boutique law firm in Arizona, was admitted to the Arizona State Bar.

In 2018 Mr. Tinoco moved out of private practice to take a position within the United States Government, where he continued to develop his legal knowledge. After years of working for the Federal government, Mr. Tinoco returned to the private sector.
